If your goal is to ride every ski resorts Hokkaido has to offer, then add this one to your list to go after a good load of fresh snow. It's a small but very fun resort on a powder day. It's cheap and the day pass includes an access to the Hot Spring. It's also a very family & beginner friendly spot with a great scenery when the weather allows it. So you can confidently progress your skills on easy to intermediate slopes. There are a few bus per day bringing you from Asahikawa Station to the ski resort (1h ride with the Dohoku Bus).
